This learning series was developed by the University of Ottawa, Algonquin College, La Cite, and Carleton University to build capacity for disability inclusion at work. The modules are: 1. Start the conversation 2. Hire inclusively 3. Provide accommodation 4. Keep and grow talent.
The learning modules in the series can be completed sequentially or used to hone in on specific skills. The modules offer:
- Bite-sized, self-guided learning with story-telling videos to “make it real” for learners.
- A training toolkit to tailor group sessions for your staff, managers, leaders or business clients.
- A repository of tools to take action on disability inclusion and “make it real” for your business.
