Policy Roundtables
Since 2017, DWC has facilitated national Roundtables for public servants with policy responsibility for the employment of persons with disabilities. These Roundtables are designed to address key issues facing governments as they strive to increase the employment and career success of persons with disabilities. The Roundtable discussions operate under the Chatham House Rule. The Chatham House Rule is an agreement between meeting participants that allows people to use the information from a discussion, but they cannot say who the speaker was, or what organization they are from. This is intended to encourage open discussions to deepen understanding of key issues and support framing policy solutions.
