Work integration needs analysis of the school‐to-work transition for young adults with disabilities in Ontario

CRWDP Reports

A disability may add to the challenges faced by young adults during the school-to-work transition. Few studies have examined differences in soft (e.g., scheduling modification) and hard accommodation (e.g., ergonomic adaptation) need by disabled young adults, and the factors associated with accommodation need. This summary report described a seed grant project conducted within CRWDP.
