Speaker
Marie Laberge is a Professor at the School of Rehabilitation at the Université de Montréal and a Researcher at the Research Center of the CHU Sainte-Justine. She actively collaborates with various Canadian teams dedicated to enhancing employment access for marginalized individuals at risk of exclusion, including IDEA. Laberge holds the Canada Research Chair in Adolescent Work Disability Prevention. Her research revolves around preventing occupational injuries among adolescents with a low education, designing enabling work environments for persons with disabilities, and incorporating a gender-sensitive perspective in developing interventions for workplace well-being.
