HR inclusive policy toolkit

This toolkit from Canadaian Association for Supported Employment (CASE) was designed in collaboration with the supported employment service provider community to assist small- and medium-sized employers on becoming familiar with the framework of inclusion policies and procedures.

The toolkit includes a self assessment, key considerations, and information and recommendations in several areas related to the inclusion of persons with disabilities, such as accessibility, benefits, communications, accommodations, job descriptions, return-to-work and more.
