Access Forward is a series of training modules developed by the Government of Ontario; these free training modules help meet the training requirements under Ontario’s accessibility laws. The resource is primarily used by Ontario businesses and organizations. The modules address the AODA section 7 requirement under the IASR that all organizations must provide training to employees, volunteers and others on the requirements of the regulation as it relates to a person’s duties; they provide a basic overview of requirements. Specifically, the employment standard module covers the requirements for making employment practices accessible.
