Meghan Crouch is a research associate at the Institute for Work and a research associate within IDEA’s Hub 3, Transitions to Work and Career Development under the supervision of Arif Jetha.
Crouch is a qualitative health researcher interested in employment and working conditions as social determinants of health. She is involved in IDEA to strengthen disability inclusion in Canadian workplaces.
Crouch received a PhD in Public Health Sciences from the University of Waterloo and a MSc in Kinesiology from Brock University.
