Holly Marini is an undergraduate Honours Life Sciences student at McMaster University. She is a research assistant within IDEA's Hub 2, Employment Support Systems under the supervision of Rebecca Gewurtz.

Marini is a volunteer research assistant at the CanChild Centre for Childhood Disability Research and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at McMaster University. 

Marini's research interests include employment among persons living with disabilities, disability awareness programming in educational settings, and the experiences of D/deaf and hard of hearing students in post-secondary education.
