Rejoignez IDEA et ses partenaires lors de notre premier symposium des parties prenantes les 6 et 7 octobre 2025, où nous présenterons les progrès réalisés par nos partenaires et nous-mêmes dans le renforcement des capacités des organisations en matière d'inclusion des personnes handicapées.

Au cours de cet événement, nous :

  • mettrons en avant les avantages de la conception inclusive pour les employeurs et les personnes handicapées ;
  • partagerons les innovations et les pratiques prometteuses développées par les participants et les partenaires d'IDEA qui favorisent l'inclusion et l'accessibilité sur le lieu de travail ; et
  • organiserons des sessions interactives sur les stratégies visant à soutenir l'adoption de solutions.

Cet événement est gratuit, tant en ligne qu'en présentiel. Le nombre de places pour assister en présentiel est limité.

La participation en ligne comprend l'accès aux sessions plénières et à une sélection d'affiches et de vignettes en ligne.

Les participants en personne bénéficieront en outre :

  • d'ateliers présentant des outils et des ressources destinés aux acteurs du monde du travail ;
  • de sessions interactives au cours desquelles nous définirons les priorités pour les activités futures ;
  • de nombreuses opportunités de réseautage ; et
  • du petit-déjeuner, du déjeuner, des rafraîchissements et d'une réception à la fin de chaque journée.

Accessibilité

Nous souhaitons que notre événement soit accueillant et accessible à tous les participants. Le bâtiment où se tiendra l'événement en présentiel est entièrement accessible et dispose d'une station de métro à proximité équipée d'un ascenseur. Lors de l'événement, nous proposerons des services d'interprétation CART, ASL et français-anglais/anglais-français. Nous répondrons également de manière proactive à tout besoin supplémentaire en matière d'accessibilité.
