Ingrid Muschta is a licensed Professional Engineer with 25 plus years of work experience in corporate, entrepreneurial, and not-for-profit settings. She is the Director of Special Projects & Innovation at Ontario Disability Employment Network (ODEN).

Muschta works with a team of professionals identifying and promoting innovative and promising practices in the business and employment service provider sectors. Her work with ODEN has contributed to the gainful employment of 250 persons with disabilities and she has delivered ODEN’s Disability Awareness and Confidence Training to over 500 participants.

Muschta is a confident leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills and an experienced trainer, effectively delivering content to multicultural and multigenerational audiences locally and internationally.
