“With looming labour market shortages and an aging workforce, it’s important that we are focused on ensuring inclusive employment for persons with disabilities. It's important to create workplaces where everyone is treated with respect and valued for their contributions. A world of work that does not successfully employ the full range of these workers’ skills and abilities misses perspectives, insights and innovations—and disregards the market value of their work.”
