Maureen Haan
President and CEO, Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW)
Maureen Haan is the President & CEO of the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW), a national organization that supports equitable and meaningful employment for persons with disabilities.
Before taking on the leadership role at CCRW, Hann was the Executive Director of Silent Voice, an organization that provides programs and services in American Sign Language for deaf adults, children and their families.
Haan sits on the Board of Directors for Accessibility Standards Canada and the Canadian Association of Supported Employment. She is a member of the Disability and Work in Canada (DWC) Steering Committee, the group behind the Pan-Canadian Strategy on Disability and Work published in 2019. Haan is a member of the Disability Advisory Group to the Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Disability Inclusion, which was first set up during COVID-19 to advise the minister on issues related to disability and work during the pandemic.
